Each year I am on the look out for some new movies. We’ve watched and re-watched…and re-watched the same movies over and over, so having some new ones to throw in the mix I fun not only for the kiddos but for keeping mom sane! 🙂 Santa loves to put movies into the stockings!

Lost and Found is a heart warming and critically acclaimed movie based on the book series from Oliver Jeffers. Entertainment One brought the book to life in this adorable movie which has won over 60 international awards! The movie tells the unforgettable story of a boy who finds a penguin on his doorstep and their adventures the have together. The boy is determined to help the penguin get home — even if it means traveling to the South Pole! You can watch the cute preview of the movie here:

Geronimo Stilton is a star at our house! We love the books (it’s one of my son’s favorite series!!) and so I was super excited to find out that there were Geronimo Stilton DVDs! We can read about our favorite Mouse Journalist and now watch him come to life! Operation Shufongfong contains 4 episodes: Operation Shufongfong, Mouse House of the Future, Reported Missing and It’s My Scoop. They are well done, funny and true to the characters from the book series!
