I started Zumba last year and I loved it! It’s a great way to blast calories and honestly, it’s so much fun you don’t really feel like you are working out. And that, for me, is key to a having an exercise program that I’ll stick to! Plus, it’s honestly something that everyone can do whether you are 17 or 70, never worked out a day in your life or if you are at the gym every morning. Seriously, if you haven’t tried it…GO! :)
