One Pot Cheesy Taco Spaghetti Recipe
This one pot cheesy taco spaghetti recipe will quickly turn into a keeper. Easy to clean, easy to make and everyone eats makes it a total mom-win!
cheddar cheese, shredded
mozarella cheese, shredded
Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium high heat.
Add ground beef and cook, crumbling the beef as it cooks.
Stir in taco seasoning.
Add the Rotel, tomato paste, spaghetti and 3 cups water.
Bring to a boil and cook until pasta is cooked through.
Remove from heat and top with cheeses. Cover until the cheeses have melted.
Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
