Pokemon Pokeball Fudge
Easy to make, this Pokemon Pokeball Fudge is a fun way to update a favorite dessert!
sweetened condensed milk
white chocolate chips
red candy melts
white candy melts
black candy melts
In a sauce pan, pour in a little less than half of the sweetened condensed milk.
Add in 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp marshmallow cream.
In another sauce pan, repeat this process.
Add the pans on medium-low heat. Stir in a handful of candy melts – white in one pan and red in another. The colors will change some once the mixture hardens. Stir occasionally until melted.
In a small bowl, pour remaining sweetened condensed milk.
Add 1 tbsp of marshmallow cream and a handful of the black candy melts. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted.
In a ziploc bag, crush 8 Oreos.
Pour into melted mixture and mix well.
Line an 8×8 baking sheet with parchment paper. First, pour in the white fudge mixture.
Then, add the Oreo mix carefully spreading it across. Don’t press hard, you don’t want the Oreos to sink.
Top with the red mixture. We added red sugar sprinkles to the top of ours but that is optional! It did help bring out some more of the ‘red’ color though.
Place in the refrigerator to fully set. I keep mine in for about 5-6 hours. Pull out the parchment paper and cut.
