Yogurt Waffles are a yummy and way to start your morning!

  1. Plug your waffle maker in and let it warm up.
  2. In a bowl add eggs, milk and Dannon Yogurt together. (If you would like you can add a teaspoon of vanilla too!)
  3. Whisk well.
  4. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Whisk together. I let my mix sit for a few minutes. You will notice it get a little bubbly. I’ll be honest, I’m not 100% sure if this is necessary! My grandmother always told me to let it sit, so I’ve always let it sit! Never question Grandma’s cooking techniques! ;)
  6. Spray your waffle iron with nonstick spray and scoop out some waffle mix. Cook until each side is a golden brown – usually only about 3 minutes per side, depending on how well done you like it (my son likes his nice and crispy!) and how hot your waffle iron runs.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
