It started with the leggings. I’m a big believer that everyone should have a pair! I own these and they are super comfy. I wear them all the time. Choose from regular or plus size, tons of colors, fleece lined or not. An added bonus is that they are very slimming! 🙂 Prices range from $4.50-$15.00. The pair I purchased was $10.99!

Next was the tank. This is from Target. I have a few of these and they are really comfortable. They aren’t thick, so they are perfect for layering and they are really soft. I also love them because they are long. Plus, $12! It’s a steal!

The holidays are coming and what is more festive than some red pants? I absolutely love the pop of color that these jeans bring. And speaking of things that I love, I just got the scarf in the mail. It looks like it is an ifinity scarf in the photo, but it is not. It’s actually a really big, incredibly soft, absolutely gorgeous scarf! (Seriously, I’m in love with it. I’m actually wearing it right now!) 🙂

Baseball is in full swing right now so I thought let’s use a baseball tee as the inspiration for an outfit. But of course, we will need to add a little pizzazz. I really love this outfit. It’s cute. It looks super comfy. I love that it is incredibly casual, but yet you look put together. Perfect for sitting watching your child’s practice and for running errands and nice enough to run in and grab lunch afterwards. In other words: My kind of outfit!

Now I will say that the shoes were a bit of a splurge. But the rest of the outfit was a bargain! In fact, I’m sure you can find a pair of boots that are less expensive, but I loved these! This summer has been kind of odd around here. Now, I don’t want to jinx anything, but it has been feeling like early fall around here. It’s been in the low 80’s/upper 70’s and at night you need a sweatshirt! While some days I would love to head to the pool, I really can’t complain about this weather! (I’m sure in a few days it will be hot and humid!) Which has me thinking, I need to come up with a few transition outfits. Alright so there are some similarites and some distinct differences between this tank and the original. But OH MY GOSH. LOVE!!! First the similarities. The buttons down the front, the lace and of course, it’s a tank. The differences are the color, the length and the mid-section. Let’s be honest. The original boots are nothing short of amazing. Seriously, they are gorgeous! I have no clue where they are from, but something tells me with the amount of detail in them that they are slightly (or very much so!) out of my budget. These boots from DSW are great though. The original handbag was another thing I was gushing over in the original outfit. But this bag from Rimen & Co is really great! It’s spacious and has those awesome gold accents which will look awesome with our other accessories! I found this at T.J.Maxx with a price of $34.99. It retails for $65! (Get it here!)

I’m not sure if you have noticed, but I’m a little obsessed with navy/white color combinations! I think that it is just so clean and classic. So when I saw this outfit on Wishlist123’s Polyvore on Pinterest I knew that I had to recreate it! Unfortunately, the original skirt and tank top couldn’t be found (along with their prices), but the before price for this outfit was $221.53. Not bad. Not great. But we’ve seen far worse! 😉
