A native of Buffalo New York, Frank learned everything he knows
about make-up by crashing his mother’s Jafra Cosmetics parties in
1973. Frank is a superstar and his talents and credits are too numerous
to list in this program. Having lived in Miami for eleven years
he considers himself a Miami native and resides in Miam’s most fashionable
new neighborhood…Lemon City. His credo is “Live life abundantly
and never leave home without lipgloss.”
