The Easy, No Soak, No Scrub way to clean your dirtiest dishes

It never fails when I make spaghetti sauce (recipe coming this week!) or chili that I get a nasty spot on the bottom of my stock pot. I used to soak it over night and scrub like a mad woman. Then I would proceed to swear I was never going to cook again because honestly, I hate doing dishes.

Sprinkle the pan with baking soda. Then just fill with water and boil.
