The Sand On The Beach Restaurant
I’ve got another ‘must do’ for you while you are visiting Florida. Even though Tuckaway Shores has a great kitchenette inside your resort room sometimes you just want to enjoy your vacation from the kitchen! Sand on the Beach is a restaurant nestled on the beach in Melbourne, Florida.
When we pulled up the first thing I noticed was the bright, beachy colors and fun decor pieces like mermaids, surfers and of course the shark!
Inside, the decor is just as fun and beachy.
Well, when I say inside I really mean your tables beach side. Because while you dine you will be looking at the gorgeous, secluded beach!
Yes. It’s gorgeous. But the food? It’s amazing!
We went to Sand on the Beach for breakfast. There were plenty of options, that’s for sure!
I went for the pancakes. Sand pancakes to be exact. Huge, fluffy pancakes with strawberries, bananas and blueberries on top.
These pancakes were HUUUUGE. Like the size of my head. And SO good.
The next time we are in Florida we will definitely be stopping by again! If you are looking for a night out, there is also a bar upstairs that would make for a great adults only evening!

I love to eat at places like this! We always try to find a restaurant on the beach when we are vacationing. They usually have the best seafood but those pancakes looked yummy! I’ll have to remember that the next time we visit!
