Where To Send Letters To Santa & Get a Response
Do you remember when you were younger and you would write a letter to Santa Claus? You would write to the Jolly Old Man and let him know exactly what you were wishing for and helping to persuade him that you were very much on the nice list. But did you ever mail your letter? Or even better, did you ever get a response?
Feel free to print our free Santa Stationary! (I saved it to a flash drive and took it to a local office supply store to have it printed!)
Here are the 2014 addresses on where your child can send their letter to Santa and get a reply from.
In the United States
Have your child write their letter to Santa. Then, because he is very busy, help him out by writing a response to your child on the back of their letter. Put the letter in an envelope and include Santa Claus, North Pole as the return address. Don’t forget to add a first class stamp! Place the envelope inside a larger envelope and mail to:
NORTH POLE POSTMARK POSTMASTER
4141 POSTMARK DR
ANCHORAGE AK 99530-9998
Letters must be received by Dec. 15, 2014!
They will be returned with a North Pole post mark!
In the United States
You can also send a letter to:
Santa Claus
P.O. Box 1
Santa Claus, Indiana 47579
As long as letters are received by December 20th, Santa will mail a reply. This is free and run by volunteers (otherwise known as elves!), but if you would like to send a donation to help cover the shipping/envelopes it is greatly appreciated. Make sure your letter has a clear return address on it so they can mail your letter to you!
In Canada
If you are in Canada, Santa would love to have you write to him! He loves to hear jokes, see drawings and hear all about how you were on the nice list this year. Mail your letter to:
SANTA CLAUS
NORTH POLE H0H 0H0
CANADA
All letters received before Dec. 16th will get a response. Be sure to include your full return address!
Don’t forget to pin!

Good to know. Our town does it from the PO, so we are lucky here.

I wish our small town did something like this. Every year we put our Santa letter in the box and every year our Elf has to bring the reply. I might have us do a fun letter just to say hi.

Great info for this time of year. I will have to pass this on to a few family and friends with little ones who would be interested in this.
